CLASS- Promise of Class and Quality
Our production facility is well equipped with over 400 machines to churn out a million units of garments per year. We employ the latest technology for all process’s in garment making. Our skilled and qualified team is meticulously creating new benchmarks for quality and class in the garments that we generate. We have facilities to employ all sorts of dyeing from Yarn and Knit to Garment.
Seasoned in handling both regular and fashion subjects, we have teamed up with the design studios of NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) and TEA (Tirupur Exporters Association) to keep up with the ever dynamic world of garment design.
We follow AQL 2.5 as our minimum quality standard level and based on client requirements we can follow other levels as well. We have dedicated QC professionals apart from Production supervisors to carefully monitor each leg of the manufacturing process. Apart from that, reputed international quality labs like ITS, SGS and TUV have their operation centers in Tirupur. As per client requirements, their state of the art facilities can be utilized for running quality tests. All these give Sempre the edge to unleash the creativity of any garment designer out there without compromising on class and quality.
SUSTAINABILITY – Promise of a sustainable and renewable future
Our SA 8000 certified factory adheres to every SAAS standards to ensure environmentally sustainable production. We refrain from using Azo dyes in our dyeing process which saves our surroundings from potential carcinogens. We are proud to be early adopters of “Zero Liquid Discharge”. As a measure to ensure zero water wastage, we run all our dyeing and processing units with ZLD technology. Tirupur is one of the textile clusters in India, famous for being the first mover into implementing ZLD. Our prints are phthalate and lead-free. Phthalate is known for causing reproductive toxicity in humans and animals.
Our processes from start to finish are well designed and engineered to reduce wastage because we at Sempre believe with all conviction that our individual efforts to reduce the burden to the environment will make a big difference to the quality of life for generations to come.
DELIVERY- Promise of swift and flexible delivery
Sempre offers an MOQ of 500 units as a standard. Different MOQ’s are also considered based on client requirements. First-time order quantities from 500-100,000 units are promised to be delivered anywhere between 60-70 days based on finish quality. Repeat orders will be fulfilled within 50 days and that’s a solemn statement from Sempre.
Equipped with world class logistics and forwarding facilities, Sempre offers both FOB and CFR solutions to the buyers. Two major ports in India, Cochin (6 hours) and Tuticorin (8 hours) is very well connected by all mediums from Tirupur which makes Sempre easily available and accessible to domestic and international clients. Our clientele from all over the globe stands testimony to the fact that we are unwavering when it comes to quality and delivery.
